What is the average price for a will disbursement. Victoria.
nothing sent to my brothers solicitor, my brother is unapproachable when to comes to money, mum and dads property in northern nsw sold for $250,000.00, I threw in my job to look after them in 2013. Dad died in October 2018, everything went to mum. Mum and dad were in aged care when dad died (multi organ failure) mum blamed me for everything that went wrong, mum had dementia but never admitted it. Dad died on the 18th October 2018, my brother took my mum out of aged care on the 13th December 2018 went straight down to Centrelink and had my name taken off all the paperwork to be able to do things on her behalf then went to a solicitor to have me written out of the will, to say I was upset is an understatement. Mum and I patched things up when dads ashes were ready to be dealt with so a new will was written up my brother gets 55% and I get 45%, not happy about that either. The day after mums funeral family members told us to contact a solicitor Re the will, that was 6 weeks ago, I have had to call and leave several messages for him to contact us. Today via email we received a draft of the letter to be sent to my brothers solicitor and a quote for him to deal with out issue and I nearly fainted $12,000.00. I am now to frightened to speak to him in case it is going to cost us more and we just don't have that sort of money, please help Marina … read more
