I've been with Telstra for a few years and I never had the
I've been with Telstra for a few years and I never had the issue with my payment because from the first day signed a contract with Telstra I give them the direct debit and most of the time I've been surcharged but suddenly few months back realised they email me for the late fee and Overdue I've tried to call them and ask them what's the issue because still you have my direct debit ,someone told me it might be your bank issue but I asked my bank they say you have no issue with the directive it with any companies except telstra and means is telstra issue And every single time I paid through the app check my manage direct debit option to make sure I set it up again but still I'm getting the late fee and overdue Which is been really frustrating for me I took a photo or screenshot to show you guys I never cancel the direct debit. So I've been really patient and I manage to pay manually every single time but I got upset because this man someone called me from the debt collection I'm really really upset me My question is who is gonna take responsibility for this messed up I've gone to few Telstra shops they offer me best idea open your case and talk to the ombudsman because no one knows what's going on I always had a problem with the reception and I complain to the stores me a few times and they replaced the Sim card for me for a few times But still have a bad reception everywhere even I took my phone back to the Apple Store they had replaced the whole thing for me but still has the same issue and many people are complaining me you're not available most of the time I told the Telstra About this issue again the offer to take it to the ombudsman Now you guys tell me what's the point if I'm paying too much to the most expensive provider in Australia and even not getting good reception and quality?… read more

We are in Geelong Victoria. In February we visited the
ok we are in Geelong Victoria. In February we visited the Snooze store in Latrobe Terrace Geelong and ordered and paid a $1000 deposit for 2 long single mattresses. We were told to expect delivery within 2 weeks. No one contacted us so I made a call and was told that they should arrive any day. They didn't so I called again and was told that due to the COVID 19 issue there were hold ups because they were waiting on fabrics to arrive from China so that they could make the beds. I was told that we would be contacted as soon they arrive but again I did not hear anything. They very kindly offered to deliver 2 of the mattresses they had on the shop floor and we accepted those but even though they are very expensive and not the ones we ordered they are very uncomfortable . I called them last Friday and there was no answer at the store. I then went on to the web site and they are closed temporarily. I thought ok, that is probably because of the current virus issues. Yesterday I contacted Snooze Head Office by email and got the response that the Snooze Franchise store from which we oredered the mattresses is now in liquidation and that's why they are closed. We were given a phone number to contact the liquidation company. SV. I contacted them and still waiting for a response from someone called Tim. I contacted Sealy and they said that the excuse of "waiting for fabric" was nonsense. They advised me to contact you because ther is not much they can do considering the liquidation issue. What do I do? Not only do we not have our mattresses but wher is our $ 1000 deposit. Can you please advise me as what I need to do. … read more
