I have an ongoing overpayment dispute with Centrelink/Human Services which began in December 2017 & has not been resolved, I am disputing their claim. How do I make a compliant.

The debt has been put on hold several times, they have tried to start charging me interest on the debt, they put it in the hands of a receiver while it was on hold due to people at Human Services not doing what they told me they would do. I recently was granted the age pension & now they have started to deduct the overpayment from my part payment aged pension, while the debt is on hold, it is one big mess. So since 2017 the debt goes on hold for three months with me being told I will get a review. The last letter I got told me they have reviewed my case I have been unsuccessful but I did not have any input into my review whatsoever.

I was on a Widows pension. I am a self employed sub contractor, so every year after I did my tax return I would take this to Centrelink which determined the following years amount of pension I would receive. The year Jan to Dec 2015 I was employed for the company I am a sub contractor for, I went & told Centrelink this info & was told to continue submitting my annual tax return yearly. This 2015 is the calendar year they are disputing, tell me I never submitted my tax return which is wrong, if I did not submit my tax returns how did they calculate how much pension to pay me.
