Good Morning
If there is an AVO your daughter would have been served with a copy and would have had to go to court
If she has not been served then there is no AVO.
If your daughter was advised of this by the staff and now allowed in she has an action in defamation and she should get a Solicitor to send this person a letter advising that she retract the lies and also apologise.
If not then she has the right to sue as it does affect her reputation in the eyes of others.
She can also call the local police station and make enquiries to see if the ex and his girlfriend have made any report ot the police and whether anything has come of the report.
