I am a FULL TIME employee at agecare - arecare. Melbourne
2 days ago my manager and Human Resource invited me to a discussion that telling me that they will be a change from my status of employment from FULL TIME to Permanent Part Time. Which I already passed my 6 months probation (I start work at the arcare - agecare at 29 January 2019). My roster is monday to friday 7am to 3pm with 0.5 hour break, so that will be 7,5 hour perday and 75 hours fortnight. They said there will be a change soon in me from FULL TIME status to PPT. They will cut my hour per day which is 1 hour perday and that will be 10 hours per fortnight. My question is my Employer LEGAL to do that to me as I have passed my Probation 6 months.
