This is regarding property law in Australia. No not yet. I
I am a tenant. I vacated the property and currently living with family. I was not in arrears but landlord notified me via aggressive messages that the property is no longer available to me and that i have to seek alternative accommodation. This was all for personal reasons due to me not wanting to be in romantic relationship with him. I moved to my sisters house with my two boys and have decided to return to South Africa where I am a citizen. I was in Aus with PR. Came here in may 2020. I have received a letter from him now stating that he will blacklist me by end if today if i dont pay 3 months rent in advance. We are booked on a flight back to South Africa on thursday 5 Nov. I want to know what his rights are as I have not received a court order or any legal correspondence nor have I had a change to defend my side of the story.
