I was attacked in my. Home by police taken to the floor with my arms forced behind my back and handcuffed so tight that more than 6 weeks later my hands are still numb and may never recover. This was after I told the police that I had bad shoulders and my arms would not go behind my back. They told me that it was procedure and they would force it. This because my step son thought I was going to commit suiside. They took me to the hospital and left me there. A few hours later two different officers came to the hospital and did it to me again and arrested me for failing to obay a police officer. The doctor at the hospital thought it was funny and cheered them on. I am a 66year old pensioner

The warrant was for the same thing 3 years ago for basically the same thing in the same area. I was stoped in the truck I was driving and after being held on the side of the road they got me so agrivated that I hit my head against there car in the hood of knocking my self out but just dented the car. The said I was under arrest and I put my hands out front together but the proceed to try to put them behind my back as I was screaming I have bad shoulders so my arms don’t go behind my back. They eventually gave up and handcuffed me in front. Apparently during the struggle to put my arms behind my back I accidentally strode on one of their feet so they charged me with restating and assault on a police officer
