we have two large trees in the backyard. One needs a large branch removed. Looks like it has been eaten by white ants possibly. The rest of tree is healthy and the one on the opposite side provides shade for the toddlers to play outside. Landlord has decided a family friend will come and remove both entire trees. I've asked we do not do this due to shade and amount of birds and nests in the tree. They said they've already paid the “arborist” who is a family friend and I don't feel is qualified to cut down such a huge trees. These are also close to the neighbouring fences. We have had ongoing issue with water leaking through the front porch light since a big hail storm 2 years ago 15th December that is still not repaired including a broken fly screen never replaced they just left off. That window can never be opened to allow fresh air in we also had issue with fans breaking in the summer heat as there is an issue with the transformer on the wall. They were refusing to replace as too expensive however the same person who will will be cutting down the tree also relaxed the fan which is now broken again after one month as they did not replace the transformer which I said was the issue. We have been here more than 5 years and I am concerned any complaint they will as us to move outb … read more
