Are you full time or part time?
Good Morning,
in your annual leave, you must be paid the wages you will earn and if you work every 2nd weekend as part of your roster you will have the penalty rates included in your annual leave.
You should also look at the award, there you are under, and that will also give you more information about annual leave payments. But generally if you work every single 2nd weekend you should be paid your annual leave equal to the 4 weeks of pay plus the loading of 17 1/2% if your award allows that.
