Good afternoon,
in the tenancy agreement that you entered did it clearly indicate that you had a parking spot?
Do you also will have a copy of the advertisement where it was advertised with a parking spot?
If you have already organised your electricity an Internet, you have a right to take this matter to VCAT seek an order for the rent to be reduced, or in the alternative you be provided a parking spot and for the real estate agent/landlord to make the false representation to pay the cost of the parking spot.
You need to show the evidence of the false and misleading conduct.
In the alternative you can request that the least be terminated and the usually pay compensation for the cost of breaking your Internet and electricity and also the cost of moving your furniture to a new location.
Either way you are entitled to compensation for their false and misleading conduct.
You need to get together the evidence of the advertisement and also the lease agreement that shows that you were to receive a parking spot for that rent.
