If they cannot repair they have to replace and if they cant you are entitled to a refund.
You are covered under the Australian Consumer Laws.

Send them a letter of demand requesting that they replace the car with a new one and if they cannot then refund your money.
Give them 7 days to do that.
If they do not then you can take the matter to QCAT and get an order.

You have a right to get this done and if they cannot repair or replace in 7 days then you can seek a refund.
