Good Morning
If you can show that they hold a share of the property in your name and you have an equitable interest then you can take the matter to court and seek an order that the property be sold and you be paid out your money.
This will have to be done in the Supreme Court and you will need a solicitor to assist you.
There has to be evidence that you have requested that they buy you out and they have to have refused and the best evidence is evidence in writing.
Discussions are hard to prove as it is your word against theirs.
You need to send them a letter, and preferable though a solicitor, setting out what you want and asking them to buy you out and set out the terms of the contract you are relying on.
If they refuse then you can use this to start the application in court and seek costs form them as they are failing to comply wit the contract.
