My father is in Nursing home since 29th january 2018 and he has not driven his car since last september 2017 his car was due dor rego 3rd jan 2018 sister took papeer work to pay everything , knowing that dad wass not driving and he wanted to sell it, so it was agreed in march 2018 that it will be sold, sister said then that she wanted the car for her son dad said , ok he can have it but i will give your sister ME the money the market value of the car, then her car broke down and she took dads car to get to work till she fixed hers, then she said that she did not want the car but has been using it all year has not tried to sell it no for sale signs on the car her daughter has driven it and speeding fines have come to dads address as it is registered n dads name she has paid for the insurance and green slip on the 28th december 2018 for the 2019 with dads money rego is free as he is a pensioner , DO i have any rights to with draw the amount of the car the market value and for the insurancce and greenslip for he last 2 years now she has a car and with no costs except for the petrol … read more
