I have been paying my dodo internet bill for roughly 7mths
I have been paying my dodo internet bill for roughly 7mths now and to this date the service has been on and off on a daily basis, if they are not providing the service they advertise am I able to take them to court to have all the payments reversed back into my account as I pay my bill monthly on time and they are yet to fulfil the service properly, I have phoned a number of time with no outcome. last phone call was made mid January in regards ***** ***** ongoing problem, they assured me a technician would come out on the 8th January and this did not happen, before the 8th January I received an sms from dodo stating the issue had been fixed and that if I still required support to text support I did this as the issue had not bee resolved and they text me stating they had been trying to ring me, however I did not have any missed calls from DODO to date. they informed me on the last call that they would half my next bill, they took the full amount from my account this month ( today )and I have phoned them today in regards ***** ***** ongoing issues and about the payment being taken out today and unfortunately even after the call today , they tell me they will monitor my internet, and to check it when I get home from work today, it was not working properly last night or since I went into a contact with DODO … read more
