I find the phone extremely user unfriendly, it is super sensitive reacts even before I touch the icon or command; in addition, within two days of activating, the handset lost colours - they turned bright blue/olive green/brown. I contacted Virgin to return the phone and change my plan to SIM, as I don't want a replacement phone. Virgin told me that they do not have a cool off period at all, and that all they can do is replace the handset. All other providers have a 30 day cooling off period. I have just been to a caravan show in Brisbane and signed a contract on a caravan oder. We then came home and absolutely felt sick that we had done it. we signed at 3.12pm. We then got home and realised we cannot afford it and emailed the salesman that we wish to cancel the contract due to finanical reasons. It was 4-5 hours after we had signed….and I sent the email. The order had not been placed with the dealer. I have since been told that the Dealer is not going to refund our deposit. The staff said it was the Managers discretion, and was unaware if there is any cooling off period in Queensland. can we pursue a refund? The van is not supposed to be collected till Feb?March 2017.
