Want to know about Family Court decision about daughters children she’s biological mother we have not had our grand children visit us since they were taken from us in month February stolen from mother by biological father and his Dad. My daughter has been going through court since February, waiting for legal Federal courts to give date allowing her children to visit on holidays, this was supposed to happen in May holidays which was breached by Father, we don’t even get to see her children. My daughter sisters the children’s Aunties had to visit them on their work holidays. Children biological mother and I mother had traveled down to pick the children up but was unsuccessful. What can we do the biological father stops all our contacts and even biological mother is very tressed all time. Also we grandparents and extended families feel that we have been missing our grandchildren and cultural connection. I also am concerned that my grandchildren are in unsafe environment. Especially concerned for both my grandchildren biological mother has been very greatly tressed. Because biological father has been very spiteful having all carers rights and he has breached all his rights to allow children to come to visit biological mother and her family. can you help.

are there any parenting orders issued by the court yet ?

parenting orders issues but this has been breached by one of party. Which then proceeded to Family Court decision has not been resolved.

Parenting order wasn't agreed by other party to progress, then other party was ordered to appear in person to family court which the other party didn't attend. Lead to more breaching, the other party continues to breach and then daughter puts in statement or affidavits continues, where does it stop. When can we get some justice, my daughter is the biological parent. One of Children have life threatening blood disease, inherited from our side of family, also the her other child is going to be needing her mother because she is developing in to little lady. It sounds like my daughter not getting any where always writing reports on other parties behavior, she's told that she has to wait federal family court. What can she do, we want some visitation holidays nothing, talking to our children on phone nothing, birthdays just brief, other party has all the control. Daughter just has brief talks and believe he has control over their phone calls, and any conversations of daughters family would be heart broken experience. What can Federal Law Court do to give to my daughter, have some rights for holidays or even how about giving her children back to her being biological mother. She copes but stress is continued if anything happens to her son e.g. fatality or daughter being young perpetrator's not safe as other party her husband has had family perpetrator's which she gets worried. Please can you please help with what is her rights. I'm mother and I feel she is hitting a brick wall can you support and let us know what more can we do.
