You have to get an order from NCAT.
If the place is not liveable you can seek to break the lease and also a refund of rent since the infestation.
If you leave without an order they can sue you and then you are fighting them in NCAT.
Make sure you put everything in writing and have photos.
Get your evidence together send them to the landlord and if they refuse to do anything then go to NCAT
Set out the history and all the times you have contacted the agent.
