Another agent brought a buyer on about the 15th /12/17 who had no involvement with the one engaged at any time. The property has not settled yet but original agent is claiming for a full commission. Most people are of a belief that exclusive agencies expire after 90 days and become open and the Qld Govt website supports that however the agent says the rules are different for industrial sales.
