If you have been terminated without warning you have a claim for unfair dismissal.

You have 21 days to file your application with the Fair Work Ombudsman.

You should start putting together a history of events with dates and time and what happened and what was said.

If you have the policies at hand you should point out how they have failed to follow their own policies to support your position of being unfairly dismissed.

The next link is a guide for small businesses on what they need to do if they want to terminate an employee so they are not exposed to an unfair dismissal claim. It is a good guide to see how your employer has failed in this and you can use this against them.

Once you have everything together you can then seek the assistance of a solicitor to represent you.

They will look at it all and assist in the preparation of the application

If they have less than 15 employees then yes you need to be employed for 12 months.

If more than 15 employees then after 6 months.

I think that they would be grouped as one employer with separate campuses.

This is how you would run it and there would be common policies and if you check you would see that they may all be linked.

It is very much like how the department of education works. There are sattelites looking after different areas.

But in the end they are one.
