I have arguments with them on the phone every single month i have not filed any thing but they will have a phone book size file of complaints from me

If you have evidence of the complaints and they are not doing anything then you can lodge a complaint with the ombudsman.

Depending on what they have charged you and what you have signed up for you may even be entitled to some form of refund or compensation.

The website for lodging complaints with the telecommunication industry ombudsman is as follows.

You can lodge the complaint online, but check the checklist and make sure that you have complied with It all. If not the ombudsman will not deal with your complaint.

If there is anything else I can assist you with please do not hesitate to ask.

I am just wondering if I have any leg to stand on. I won an iPhone 8 at a Hostel Australia industry party on 5 th October this year. the iPhone 8 was the major lucky door prize. About 400 people attended the meeting and I was lucky winner. A big deal was made about it at the time. I was handed an envelope saying I was the winner and I would receive the phone within 2 weeks. I was to contact the Vodaphone agent at the bottom of the letter. I did this on the night and again a couple of days later to check he had my details. all good he said. I have made several phone calls and also a couple of email to follow up but still not received the iphone. At one stage, the vodaphone guy said he had the phone on his desk and would send the next week. No phone still. He has not replied to any phone calls, texts or emails in the last 3 weeks. I contacted Vodaphone to see if he was still working there on Friday. Yes he is. I was then transferred to his supervisor, who did not answer. I left a message on his voicemail.
