Customer Question
I rented a room...

I rented a room at a friends house and about 6 months ago I returned home. My belongings are still at that house and I am being refused entry to get them. The house owner has also sold my car and my boat is no longer there. how can I gain entry and retrieve my belongings?

Lawyer's Assistant: What state is this in? And how old is the boat?

ACT and 20 years

Lawyer's Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?

I have tried to report to police but they are not interested as it is not their concern

Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?

That is the basis of it. All my personal belonging are in the house and a lot of things have gone missing.
