Have you forward a written compliant on the basis of the obligations under the contract yet ?

I have spoken to Alinta, the electricity supplier who also have been unable to contact the solar panels installer
Customer reply replied 7 months ago
Are you there?
Solicitor: John Melis, Lawyer replied 7 months ago

This could result in a breach of contract, were you can seek compensation, with arranging another installer to complete the job.

The first step that you should do is issue a formal complaint in writing.

do you need help with this ?

Thank the complaint to whom? The installer's company?
Solicitor: John Melis, Lawyer replied 7 months ago

If your contract is with the installation company the formal complaint is issued to them.

Would you like to discuss this matter on the telephone ? I have extended a special offer to you if you prefer.
