Hi .I was born in Germany and my family emigrated to Australia in 1956, when I was 7.

Lawyer's Assistant: What is your official status? Do you have any pending applications or petitions with USCIS?

My parents became Naturalized in 1959, and I was included in the Natralization, although my name does not appear on the Nat. Cert.I have since gained an Australian passport, what is my position?

I just want to be sure that I am an Australian citizen. Also married in this country in 1968.
