Customer Question
Hi I currently have...

Hi I currently have a mortgage with CUA. Its fixed term expiry ended Sunday however I completed documentation to request the new term of 2 yrs Interest only as I am currently without employment. I am told that this would not likely be accepted. I made contact with the bank on Monday 6 Nov and after hearing nothing called them on Friday. Apparently they had not reviewed my request and instead placed me on a Discount Variable at 4.64 % which is higher. The Loans specialist was quite rude and when I asked to speak to his Supervisor he advises that his Superior will not engage with me for discussion. What can I do?

Lawyer's Assistant: Because employment law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?

QLD

Lawyer's Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?

Only my request form. The rude employee tells me that my request is not yet assessed and may take some time. All the while I will be paying more in repayments. He advises he will tell his Supervisor I have again requested his name and to speak with him however tells me he can't offer me his name and that he is unlikely to call me

Lawyer's Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?

No I think thats it

i have been doing some on-line trading with an account manager- to be safe in the knowledge that they know what they are doing much more than i do.... Basically my balance is now sitting at $31,885.75 and i have been with company since April this year with only one withdrawal which was a bonus of $1500.00....I invested $250 deposit first of all then up till that withdraw of June this year, i had invested $16,000 approx and now i wish to draw out $20,000 for some renovations i am in the middle of and my account manager of now, as I've had 4 since i opened up with them, new this and promised and assured me when i spoke to him nearly 3 weeks ago after his instructions to invest the request for the amount of the amount of $20,000 that after last trade he would do the withdraw for me. However, i haven't had any calls back from him ( with me caling at least a dozen times in the last 2 weeks to speak to him )...he finally called me last night and was very rude and said that he had been trying to call me and had skipped me also, this isn't true at all.....anyway long story short he wouldn't do the withdraw and said it couldn't be done!!!...obviosly i was upset again explained to him of his promise so i demanded that his superior call me asap, to which he said he will do, but now i don't trust him at all and as of now i haven't received a call!!! WHAT THE HELL DO I DO NOW PLEASE?...I AM DESPERATE TO GET THIS MONEY OUT and emailed the company today asking if someone could call me asap but NOT my account manager.... i am soooooo worried and my friend has heard of you and told me to speak to one of you for help.
