What's the cost for the answer, My ex husband died last week
My ex husband died last week in hospital from muliple cancers he and I divorced over 25 years ago and I remarried. When I visited him in hospital in Ballarat he said I was the beneficiary of his will. I was surprised. However only 26 hrs before he died a neighbour got a solicitor to go to the hospital and he made another will leaving the estate to charity and making his neighbour the manager of it. There's lot more to ad but can I contest this under the influence as he wasn't making much sense to me from time to time.
