My husband asked last night if Sunsuper has been challenged…

Thank you for your response, but I did asked if Sunsuper has previously been challenged in the courts on this matter. It would be supportive if they have.

Okay thats great, do you know the case law from other insurers, so I can quote this to sunsuper.
It is a 3-4 hour round trip for us to attend appointments in Brisbane,if I thought Peter was going to get better i would, but all records show no medical report is committing to this,The accident was in August 2014 he has major deficit in concentration, memory,planning, communication all cognitive function problems.he returned gradually to work full time after 9 months pressure by the employer, he had migraines or bad headaches everyday and feel asleep on lounge as soon as he got home, his employer had many informal talks, 3 performance management reviews, and 2 formal letters to 2nd December 2016. Peters health was declining trying to work, employer offered him a redundancy package or 3 hours per day casual position( no guarantee how long they would keep him in this position and the redundancy would be off the table), Peter had a complete breakdown and while Peter was in hospital I made the decision to take the redundancy with doctors advise. We had previously inquired with sunsuper if Peter returned to work would it have any effect on his tpd claim they said no,we have this in 2 phone recordings it clearly did as in 2014 he was covered under TPD which made a whole payment, now his disable date is 5th December 2016 due to when he finished work. now under TPD assist, it is very stressful, a constant reminder of his disabilities, I must take time off work ( i have a new Job) we cannot afford for me to loose this, no one can say rehabilitation is going to help, maybe, no , any advise on what to say or present to Sunsuper when they offer me the tpd assist this week we have been fighting with them for 10 months to get this far.
