My dad who is 91 had a medical episode on Friday night and had left a tap running as he was walking backwards and forwards trying to clean up something that he had spilt. He was unconscious for several hours and when he came to we was unable to get up and as a consequence of the running tap (and being unaware of a tree root problem in his pipes) he overflowed his sink and flooded his whole unit (a three bedroom unit).
