My parents transferred their farming property to me in July…

My parents transferred their farming property to me in July 1999 for love and devotion. They were to live on the farm with me for the natural term of their lives. My father lived happily with mum and I until his death in 2014 and mum until January this year. I paid a sum of $50,000 to them in 1999 even though I did not have to and provided another $100,000 in cash and support as well to ensure they did not want for anything. My mother left a small estate to be shared between my 4 siblings, their children and my self( no children). My four siblings are challenging the estate with my elder sister also being an Executor, as I am. What are their chances of success and should my sister stand down as an executor due to her conflict of interest? Thank you.

My sister and I have signed the probate documents and set in train the finalization of the estate. Both my sister and I have been appointed to act as executors in a grant of probate. In the meantime my sister and my 3 brothers, who are signatories to an authority seeking a copy of my fathers estate, all estate files and the copies of the transfer documents of the farm to me. My sister has been asked to stand down, but the lawyers who sent me the letter for the additional information are now acting for her as the executor, asking directly for information and challenging my claim for reimbursement of costs paid by me on behalf of my late mother, from the estate. This may be a fishing trip by the siblings, by their lawyer.

Only the two letters from the solicitors and one where they are acting on her behalf as the co-executor of my mothers estate.
