Have been charged for running a red light, drink driving

Customer Question

Have been charged for running a red light, drink driving with a BOC of .120 and was carrying a knife on me that I forgot I had. This is my third drink driving offence. What can I expect ??
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Northern Territory Darwin
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: I have my charge sheet after getting it adjourned, is that what you mean
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: they are putting a lot of focus on the knife saying I said ive been threatened before, when asked why I was carrying it. I did not say that and am very worried

Good Morning

So there are 3 charges?

What is your driving record like and do you have a criminal record?

Is this your first drink driving offence?

Also can you give me the sections and the Acts under which you are charged?
