The agent is ***** ***** at Rain & Horn. ***** ***** appears to be not doing his work ethically by me having given bogus excuses such as the property is under contract. I am positive it is not. Can you kindly intervene? The property address is 18, Manildra St, Narromine.

No, the agent cannot be selective.
Having said that, there is not terribly much a prospective buyer can do, as in such situation to seek damages, a buyer needs to prove hardship and financial loss in order to sue them.
That is the issue.
