I think I have a criminal matter, im not sure. No charges. I
No charges. I don't know if it is criminal or civil or something else. I currently have a lawyer for a child protection matter. However, given the trauma they are placing my son in, and the danger (they did not give him his medication for 2 whole days which I unaware of and which they tried to blame on me). I have caught them out on two critical matters - one on tape (them admitting they received the medication by accident, when they had said many times and I have it taped that they did not receive it). The other matter of lying was about allowing me to have a support person present when they come over, they did not follow through on the arrangement we made through the Queensland Ombudsman. yesterday, i had a supervised phone call with my son. He said (his words), "I feel traumatised". He does not want to be there. I was crushed when I had to say, hang in there because it may have to be a little longer that you are in there. My lawyer was supposed to Resist the 4 week Temporary Custody Order but I heard from an organisation associated with CS that it wasn't successful. I don't know for sure because I haven't spoken with my lawyer. It's like she is not taking it seriously. My son has Aspergers and ADHD. They are putting him in a dangerous situation. My son is 15 years old! He works (or worked because now he could not go to work so I don't know if they will keep his job) and does well at school. He has had a counsellor since we moved to this town whom he sees regularly. Everyone important to our case has told CS that we are fine and working things out. They do not listen to professionals, nor to my own son! Why are they allowed to have my son?? … read more
