In relation to your question, you have explained that you subdivided a property, and you are presently waiting on new titles to be issued under the subdivision. Subject to whom the party is that lodged the caveat, on the issue of the new titles, the caveat should lapse.
However, if it is a third party with a legal interest in the un-subdivided land, and unless that party has agreed to remove that caveat or let it lapse, the caveat will restrict the two new titles being issued.
