Dear Customer, a fine (penalty notice) is different to a criminal charge. If you have been issued a penalty notice (fine) and not attended court or in absence in relation to a criminal charge, then the fine is not a criminal charge.
Where disclosure is required in relation to fines, penalties or criminal offences, proper disclosure must occur. The wording on forms should be read with care before completing the same.
