I have an issue between my employer and myself regarding…

I Work for a small not for profit company as an independent contractor, providing services to children with disabilities under NDIS, DSC, and fee for service. Less than 10 staff?Had differences with managing director as well as other university/personal commitments chose to resign.I asked for personal performance feedback for own professional development purposes from the parents of the clients we have worked with, and that I have worked with on a regular basis as the sole person doing majority work with them.
-Employer finds out I speak to her over phone about she seems fine with it.
- Received positive feedback all round from evaluation that reflected well upon myself and the organization.I resign, and 2 days after I get an email saying i have breached professional and ethical boundaries/procedures, privacy act, client confidentiality as well industry compliances of DCS, NDIS, WA NIDS, DCS.
- Email vague and non-specific no clear sense of what specific areas I have broken. Nor had I ever signed off on a company policy/procedures manual. Nor was that referred to at all in the breach email.At same time as sending that to me, appears an email was sent to all the clients (parents) that we/I have worked with discussing that I had breached professional and ethical boundaries without my knowledge of this. I was told as a parent contacted me.Now I am worried about the damage to name/reputation etc. As I have not had an opportunity to formally represent myself/contest etc.
Nor does the breach email state the next step to occur in this discussion
