Not so much a legal question but its to do with overtime, a situation has come about at work where we are doing 15 plus hours unpaid overtime a week. What is a `FAIR' amount of unpaid over time as described in most employment cases. I am in retail

The law allows the employer o have you do reasonable overtime for no extra pay. If you are under an award then you are to be paid what the award says. If not then anything that is reasonable does not have to be paid.
