October 1994 to May 2016 full time ( bar maternity leave) then casual , however my “casual” shifts have been rostered ahead , on a published roster for the particular disability unit I wrk in not just on call basis or booked weekly . With the current devolution of large residential accommodation (old institutions) with the NDIS , nursing staff where I wrk were basically given as a package deal with the residents .
