Good Afternoon

What is wrong with it?

Is if faulty?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Nothing wrong it's a fitting fir a projector on a job when we did the installation we found we know longer need the ceiling mount kit. This supplier is refusing to take them and we deal with them regularly on a month-to-month basis a lot of other things
Expert:  Leon replied 10 months ago.

The law does not say they have to take it back because you do not want it.

They cannot refuse to take it back if it is faulty. But if it is not faulty they can refuse.

Have you asked if they can take it back and sell it for you?
