Customer Question

I am a beneficiary in my mothers will. Am I able to request a copy of the will.?
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location. What confuses you?
Customer: Victoria. My mother has a family lawyer. However we have had disagreements on other matters in the past.
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: Not that I'm aware of.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not at this point.

As a beneficiary of a will you are entitled to a copy once she passes away.

While she is alive no-one but her is entitled to a copy.

I hope this makes sense and if there is nothing further
