I suffered an injury (no fault of my own) last saturday

Customer Question

JA: Hello. What do you want help with?
Customer: I suffered an injury (no fault of my own) last saturday night at a night club. I suffered concussion and bruising and as a result am out of pocket $144 (doctors bill) I just spoke to their opertions manager and am appalled at the insensitivy from his behalf. He refused to refund my doctors bill and did not even have the audacity to ask me what took place. He agreed that the level of care I received from their bouncer was wrong that night. I am now left extremely angry. I am still suffering headaches at this point. What are my legal options?
JA: What state is this in? And just to clarify, when was the purchase made?
Customer: Im from melbourne
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: No. No details were taken from me that night.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: not at this stage

Hi Leon I was accidentally knocked into by another patron. I have been left with bruising and a headache. Doctor stated headaches may subside in a few days. I'm at day 4 now and headache is no different.
