Warranty issue with plastic rain water tank bought 9 years…

They have too repair, replace or refund.

They cannot offer prorata. They have to pay you bak 100% or repair or replace.

If you have to take it further take it to consumer affairs or department of commerce in WA

They cannot df that.

They cannot offer you that. They are wrong.

The warranty is there to have it repaired or replaced if it has a fault. The crack developing is a fault. Unless it was caused by something you did.

They have to pay for it all.

If you still have the warranty papers they will give you more details.

I cannot find any warranty details on their website.

But you can contact the department of commerce and they will give you more details not he laws and faulty products.

You have a right to have it repaired or replaced and if there is a fault in manufacturing then they have to replace.

If it is found that they are liable because of faulty workmanship they have to pay for the removal as well
