Customer Question

Hi, I have a voucher from Qantas that expired after 1 year. I have asked them if I could extend this but they have said no. Do I have any options as this does not seem fair.

Customer: NSW
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: No I have only spoken to a Qantas rep.

This voucher was for cancelled domestic travel and expired 22 September 2016.

The conditions for it to be valid, were they provided to you?
Was it written on the voucher? Or on something else? An email perhaps?

I know what I am informing you of is not great news, but I cannot give false information that leads to false hope.

I wish to help you in this situation.
