Good Evening.

Yes you can divorce her provided you have the marriage certificate to prove the marriage and you have been separated for 12 months.

Here is the divorce online link

http://www.federalcircuitcourt.gov.au//wps/wcm/connect/fccweb/how-do-i/apply-for-a-divorce/apply-for-divorce

If you have not been separated for 12 months you have to wait to apply.

I hope this makes sense and is of assistance. If there is nothing further

thank you for using my services.

If I have missed anything, or you have any further questions please let me know

If there is anything else in the future please do not hesitate to ask.

Please do not forget to leave positive feedback.

Regards

Leon
