can i force an ex partner to have a dna test on her upcoming child? we broke up and around the time
she fell pregnant, she says its not mine but it's such a small window that i need proof for my own peace of mind.

If they are refusing then you have to make an application with the court for the court to order it. Then then cannot refuse.

You have to wait until the child is born before this can happen.
