Customer Question

Hi, i am a tenant leasing a property and i have just been informed by my real estate agent that the landlord has been visiting the property on multiple occasions under the pretence of "being maintenance". We are now going to VCAT in relation to the bond and he is now claiming that he is going to use "evidence" from when he was at our house to prove his case. I just feel that this is a complete violation of my privacy as i did not consent for the landlord to enter the property i consented for a maintance worker

Customer: Victoria
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: not yet i am wanting to if applicable
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
