I have asked the trustee/solicitor for an itemised account

Hi Daniel, I have asked the trustee/solicitor for an itemised account as per notice of rights within thirty days. This was done at the start of september as yet we still have not received it. What I would like to know is what can I do if we don't receive it. He has ackowledged via email & phone that this would be done.

Well, this is the thing, they need to under the solicitors rules!
So if they do not provide it, then they are in breach of their fiduciary / ethical duty towards you and can have issue with the legal services commissioner.

In short, they will provide it.

I suggest contacting them again via email suggesting that if they are not forthcoming, you will speak with the commissioner.
