We have a strata plan with 36 lots, all of which have a car

Dear Sir we have a strata plan with 36 lots, all of which have a car space which is covered but open. These car spaces are shown as part of our lot. We have one owner who is forbidding anyone to walk on his car spot, although for many of us we cannot get out of our cars without treading on the adjoining lot.
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.

Customer: No, not as yet. Only complaints to Strata Manager at this stage

Customer: Does the complaining lot owner have the right to restrict pedestrian access?
