As a unit owner you have a right to see the footage. You are a member because you have to pay your strata levies.
You have to seek the consent of the body corporate to do this.
Legal ramifications are minimal as I assume that you have all been given notice of the cameras and know they are in use. This means that the footage can be used to prove what you want.
Infidelity though is not requited and not taken into account in divorces and property splits though.

The footage you will have cannot be used in court as there is no crime that has been committed. It can only be used to confront her when you accuse her of her infidelity.
