During the month of February I do not feel that in any way I have displayed repetitive unreadable behaviour. I have not in anyway been intimidating or aggressive. As we were all new to working together we had been working on different routines, room changes, planning, etc. I felt that we were working as a team with our ideas. i have always been told by the educational leader that when making changes to the room or routines you have to critically reflect on why you are changing something, Is it benefiting the children and following their interests, so when we have been calibrating as a team I have always expressed that while giving positive and negative feedback, i don't feel that this is intimidating it is just how i have been advised to do so in the past.I have not been spoken to by CD at all during the month of February about any concerns that anyone has had with me.In April I had spoken to M about applying prescribed ointment to a child that was not his. A child was in the bathroom and i saw M applying his brother ointment on his body i explained to her that this child does not have a prescription for the ointment and that she should not put it on him anymore. again i was not aggressive or intimidating while talking to MI don't know why anyone is in fear of repercussion and consequence from myself as i have never been aggressive or intimidating towards my colleagues in anyway.On the 6th of may i did send M a message on messenger “ hey what did jess ask you.”Around 3:30 M approached me a little worried saying that Jess needed to see her but we were under staff and she couldn't go in. I told her that I would stay back for 5 min and she could go in. I was then asked by CD to see her before I left. M didn't get a change to see CD before i left as i stayed back until the ratio was ok and left a 4pm. Before leaving i saw CD and she had told me that there had been an incident and I need to make a report before I leave for the day. I asked CD what the process is with this and she told me that she was unaware of Goodstarts procedures so I was unaware at the time that an investigation was in process or that an allegation had been made or who had made the complaint, to this day i am still unaware of who made the allegation. After receiving the letter of Allegation on 7th may at 6:50 am I have not made contact with M until the Thursday the 14th April 2016 when I had spoken to herself and A about how fantastic the room looks with the family tree and about apply unmedicated ointment to a child.I did attend the centre on the 25th of April at 4:30 to collect so belonging out of my locker for my children dance classes, i didn't talk anyone except K as i was in a rush and i asked her what her last day was at work.I was only at the centre of less the 5 mins. I was unaware that i was not allowed at the centre as i had not been informed of this at all throughout the investigation.I do feel disappoint in this as i feel that if there had been any concerns about my behaviour that i should have been spoken and had a chance to resolve them. I feel that i am very approchable and have not had any conflict with staff that has not been resolve through communicating with them over the past 5 years.
This allegation had had a large impact on myself and my children life. I has caused both myself and my children distress, anxiety
