Customer Question

As I sit here crying over my mothers passing last august I am in dire need of advice about her superannuation and death benefits and have learned that her defacto boyfriend has already received $90,000 in super and death benefits, his lawyer and him are now pressuring me to not make a claim for her Qsuper which I am reluctant to sign he has however given us $5000 I am the only child and was not financially dependant on her at time of death.
