My mother passed away in October 2015 & I have only a copy

Customer Question

My mother passed away in October 2015 & I have only a copy of unsigned will making me sole inheritor. There is no other relatives or children involved & there is $73.000 owing on the property which I'm making monthly repayments of $400. The property is valued at $300.000 Aprox. I reside in Melbourne & I've called her solicitors who insist that they've given me original Will & that they don't have anything else, however I've told them that I was given only a copy of original without any signatures. The person who was nominated as witness to the will unfortunately has passed away- What should I do - grateful for guidance.

Do the solicitors say they did not have her sign the will? Do they have a copy of the signed will?
